The cross symbolizes the crucifixion of Christ who "died for our sins" — In Christian belief, sin creates spiritual distance or a separation from God.  The cross represents restoration of a renewed covenant with God, through Christ.   At its deepest level, the crucifixion is understood as the ultimate revelation of divine love — love that enters suffering, absorbs it, and transforms it into redemption.  The blue Star of David, created with an upward-pointing triangle often understood to represent humanity reaching toward God, and a downward-pointing triangle that symbolizes divine presence reaching toward humanity. Together, they reflect connection and covenant between God and the Jewish people.  The outer green heart chakra, called Anahata, originates in ancient Hindu traditions, and It is associated with love, compassion, balance, devotion, and spiritual connection.
